By accessing and using Bluneo's ride-sharing services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Bluneo provides a technology platform that enables users to arrange and schedule transportation services with independent third-party providers of such services. Unless otherwise agreed by Bluneo in a separate written agreement with you, the Services are made available solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must register and maintain an active personal user account to access our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to obtain an account. Account registration requires you to submit certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number and payment information. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
You understand that use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services you receive. Bluneo will receive and/or enable your payment of the applicable fees for services obtained through your use of the Services. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your ride at any time before the driver arrives. However, cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has been assigned and is en route to your pickup location.
Bluneo is committed to your safety. All drivers undergo background checks and vehicle inspections. However, you acknowledge that Bluneo cannot guarantee the safety of riders and that you use the service at your own risk.
Bluneo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bihar, India.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
